Signal Circuit and Equipment Testing

This hands on training course provides the skills to carry out basic signalling tests.  Along with robust theoretical training components you will have the opportunity to practice your skills on live signalling systems.

We ensure that all students have the opportunity to test and fault-find in a safe and supportive environment.

Practical Training

During this course you will carry out a range of signalling circuit and equipment tests and inspections, including correlation, wire/null count, bell testing, insulation testing, point gauging, aspect testing and track circuit measurements.

Rail Operator Accepted

This course is accepted by rail operators across Australia and can be used as evidence towards obtaining your Statement of Competency for Metro Trains Melbourne (MTM) and Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC).
